3. Post-Detox Guide + Fasting Protocol

How to safely approach the post-detox fast, how to break it properly, and which foods to reintroduce afterward so you don’t lose the benefits of the detox.
NOTE: The post-detox fast is not a water fast (gentle soups are allowed, and I’ll share the recipes). Fasting after the detox is not mandatory, but it is recommended to enhance the cleansing benefits.

4. Supportive Recipe Book (Before & After the Detox)

Anti-inflammatory, functional, and easy-to-integrate recipes designed to support your liver and hormonal system—both before and after the detox.

5. Ongoing Support via a Private WhatsApp Group

Throughout the program, you’ll receive:
